What Happens To Your Email Address

Who's collecting it

What's collected, and why

Just your email address, and — if you choose to fill it in — a free-text answer to "what would you put it on?" Both are collected only when you submit the Follow the Build form, and are used only to send you occasional build updates and, eventually, a notice when the harness is available to buy. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long it's kept

Until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, or until the mailing list is retired (for instance, once the product either ships or the project ends).

Your rights

You can ask to see what's held about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time and free of charge. Every update email will include an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these rights directly, email aep.pet@mail.com.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are handled by Netlify's form service. No other third-party tools currently process this data.
